Saturday Singles League is back! FHTC players will take on clubs from around Cape Town each Saturday in a combination of singles and doubles matches. This year (2026), the Singles League runs from September 5th to November 7th, with November 14th reserved for catch-up matches if needed. The shoot-out will be held on November 21st (and hopefully Fish Hoek qualifies again this year!
Whether you’re playing or supporting from the sidelines, league is a great opportunity to enjoy competitive tennis, represent Fish Hoek, and get behind your fellow club members. Good luck to all our FHTC teams for the season ahead!
Social Play at FHTC – Court Availability During League
On Saturdays when league matches are being played at home, the courts will be prioritized for league play from 1:00pm to around 3:30pm. From 3:30pm, two courts will be available for normal Social Tennis, and a court may sometimes open up earlier as league matches finish. Social players are encouraged to come down, watch some of the league tennis and be ready to jump on court as soon as one becomes available.
