Our club has six tennis courts: five of the six were recently resurfaced between 2024 and 2025 with four of these having floodlights.
Annual subscription fees are determined at the Annual General Meeting each year.
The club applies a range of different annual subs that are payable for the different categories of members.

Per annum:

Per person per day:

ENTRANCE FEES
Entrance fee for a new member is R250. This also applies if a member allows their membership to lapse and is applicable each time it lapses.

DISCOUNTED FEES
When an Ordinary or Senior member pays the applicable fee above, the remainder of their family shall be eligible for a 10% discount on their fees in their respective categories. A family is defined as two adults and their dependent children residing at the same residential address.
PRO-RATA MEMBERSHIP
Fees are for a year commencing 1 June. Persons joining full membership during the year pay the entrance fee and a pro-rata fee which is a proportion of the annual fee based on the month they join.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The new year starts on 1 June and the membership on that date will be taken as all the members who on the 31 May of the previous year are in good standing with the club. Fees are due on 1 June and must be paid by 30 June. Any member who on 1st July has not paid fees in full or alternatively signed a debit order, will be considered in default and their membership will automatically lapse. Should they then wish to re-join they will, in addition to the annual fee, have to pay the entrance fee stipulated above.
Publication of approved membership fees through the Club’s official communication channels constitutes notice of fees payable. Members remain responsible for payment whether or not they receive an individual invoice.
Fees are payable as a lump sum either by direct bank deposit or by credit card at the club. The only options that allow installment payments are either using the budget facility on the credit card or by signing a debit order instruction for automatic monthly payments, and this must also be done before 30 June.

Note that if you pay by direct deposit (EFT) then the reference must be your initials and surname. This is the only way that the payment can be linked to you.
Please do not pay cash directly to the bank account as it attracts bank charges. If a member pays cash to the account then these bank charges will be recovered from that member.
